Shipping and delivery

We make our pieces by hand and we pack them by hand too, because ceramics deserve care until they reach you safely.

Where we deliver

We deliver orders within Saudi Arabia through trusted shipping companies. The shipping cost and the expected delivery time are shown before you pay, and nothing is added afterwards.

When your order ships

• Ready pieces are prepared and shipped once payment is confirmed.
• Pieces made to order show their making time on their page, and ship once they are finished.
• We send you a tracking number as soon as one is available.

Packing

Every piece is wrapped in protective layers and placed in a box sized for it, so it cannot move in transit.

When it arrives

Please check your piece when it arrives. If it is broken or damaged, photograph it with its packaging and message us within seven days of delivery, and we will replace it or refund you in full, shipping included.

If your order is late

We keep to the delivery date shown when you order. Under the Saudi E-Commerce Law, if delivery is more than fifteen days late, counted from the order date or from the agreed date, you may cancel the order and get back what you paid, unless the delay is caused by force majeure.

Kiln services

Dropping off your pieces for firing or glazing, and collecting them afterwards, is arranged with us on WhatsApp.
