Welcome to the Arcilla shop. By using the shop or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

The Arcilla shop belongs to Arcilla, a handmade pottery studio run by the artist Afnan Abbas. Contact: WhatsApp.

Products and prices

• Prices are in Saudi riyals, and the shipping cost is shown before you pay.
• We make sure the photos and descriptions show each piece as it is, with the small natural differences of handmade work.
• A one of a kind piece is available to one buyer only, and the order for it is confirmed once payment is complete.

Orders and payment

Payment is made through an electronic payment gateway, and we never store your card details. You receive a confirmation with your order details once it is placed. If we are unable to fulfil an order, we cancel it, refund you in full and tell you why.

Workshops and courses

Booking a workshop holds your seat for its date, and the page of each workshop says what it includes and how long it lasts.

Account and privacy

You sign in to the shop with an Aloke account, and your data is covered by our privacy policy.

Shipping and returns

Orders are covered by our shipping and delivery policy and our exchanges and returns policy.

Intellectual property

The designs of our pieces, their photos, the Arcilla logo and its stamp belong to Arcilla and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law, and the Saudi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and any change applies to orders placed after it is published.
